2026 question: “What’s the smallest system I can build that compounds my edge?”

Pillar 2: Sustainable Energy (Health + Inner Life)

Intent: Train for longevity, not ego.

In practice:

  • Yoga + strength are non-negotiables
  • Recovery and injury prevention are first-class metrics
  • Protein, sleep, steps stay boring and stable
  • Periodize effort instead of grinding all year

2026 question: “Does this give me energy 10 years from now?”

Pillar 3: Compounding Relationships (Family, Friends, Community)

Intent: Depth over breadth.

In practice:

  • Ritualize family time (not ad hoc)
  • Invest in 5-7 builder/operator relationships
  • Join or form one relevant community
  • Fewer one-offs, more continuity
