Shipped AskPrisma v0 🎯, fixed UX quirks & kicked off ICP discovery, solo-parented while Mona was in the US (phulka mastery unlocked 🫓), and hit near-PRs again with 6x/week resistance training.

Explorations

I’ve been focussed on launching an MVP for last 3-4 weeks. Pushed the v0 last week and worked on fixing all UI/UX quirks. It’s still open from an ICP perspective; but I’m looking forward to leading that discovery process and speak with multiple folks. Family & Friends

Mona had travelled to the US last week; which meant slightly more chaos in the morning for school prep. Ibhan adapts his demands based on available attention - so it’s not difficult to get through. I love starting my day early, and I have become surprisingly good at making ‘phulkas’ in the morning. Reminds me of this commercial from Aashirvaad Atta.

Workout

I have been switching between 3-4 days a week to 6 days a week of resistance training. Over the years I’ve realized that 6-days a week works better for my training memory. I’m consistently able to hit PRs and 1RMs with a 6-day a week cadence.

Post the planned 3-week hiatus during my euro-trip in April/May, I’m now back closer to my 1RM range - 150KG deadlift, ~80KG chest press and squats. Happy to be back.
